Position Overview
The Global HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources across multiple geographies. This includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and compliance with local labor laws. The role requires a strong understanding of cross-cultural management, global HR practices, and strategic alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Act as a key advisor on people-related strategies for global business growth.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
Lead global recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.Standardize and streamline hiring processes across regions.Oversee succession planning and internal mobility programs.3. Performance Management & Employee Development
Design and implement global performance management frameworks.Facilitate leadership development, training programs, and talent reviews.Promote a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth.4. Compensation & Benefits
Develop equitable and competitive compensation structures across global markets.Manage global benefits programs ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to stay competitive.5. Employee Relations & Culture
Foster an inclusive, diverse, and high-performance work culture.Address and resolve employee relations issues with fairness and sensitivity.Lead engagement initiatives and employee communication strategies.6. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws (especially India, UAE, USA, The Netherlands, Singapore and China) data protection (GDPR, etc.), and employment regulations.Partner with legal and finance teams for audits and compliance reporting.Develop HR policies and procedures adaptable to local contexts.7. Global HR Operations
Oversee HRIS systems and ensure efficient data management.Manage global HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.Collaborate with regional HR teams to maintain consistency in global practices.Qualifications & Experience
Education : Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.Experience : 4-5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1-2 years in a global or regional leadership role.Skills
Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.Expertise in global employment laws and HR compliance.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.Proficiency in HRIS tools and data-driven decision-making.Ability to manage multiple time zones and remote teams.Key Competencies
