Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Release Manager to oversee the deployment and release management processes of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce, a deep understanding of release management best practices, and proven experience in managing end-to-end deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate multiple releases across Salesforce environments.
• Ensure successful deployment of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure release quality and schedule adherence.
• Manage and maintain version control, configuration, and deployment documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to release management processes.
• Automate and optimize deployment workflows using CI / CD tools and Salesforce DevOps best practices.
• Monitor post-release performance and coordinate troubleshooting if required.
• Enforce governance policies and ensure compliance with Salesforce standards.
