🔹 Required Skills & Experience :

✅ 10+ years of Salesforce design, development, and implementation experience

✅ Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)

✅ Hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Integrations

✅ Deep knowledge of 2GP (Managed & Unlocked Packaging)

✅ Proven success in end-to-end project delivery and technical leadership

✅ Experience with CI / CD, Copado, GitHub, ANT, Gearset

✅ Strong communication and mentoring skills with a leadership mindset
