Position : Senior Salesforce Technical Architect

Location : Bangalore, Karnataka, India (Hybrid Work Model)

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce integrations and solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration design, data modeling, and performance optimization .

You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders — to define scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. This role demands exceptional problem-solving ability, a strong technical vision, and a passion for building high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices.
  • Drive technical design sessions and define architectural blueprints for Salesforce implementations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Oversee Salesforce application design, configuration, and customization using Apex, Visualforce, LWC , and other platform tools.
  • Manage integration with external systems using Salesforce APIs, REST / SOAP services, Salesforce Connect, and Middleware (AWS, Informatica, Mulesoft, etc.) .
  • Ensure robust data modeling, data migration, and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct performance tuning, code reviews, and technical risk assessments.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and evolving best practices to implement modern, efficient solutions.
  • Provide mentorship to development teams and act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

  • 12–16 years of overall experience in software development, with minimum 10+ years in Salesforce architecture and development .
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture , data design, and solution integration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs .
  • Experience with integration technologies such as Salesforce Connect , REST / SOAP APIs , AWS , Mulesoft , Informatica , or similar.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, governance, and performance optimization .
  • Proven track record leading complex Salesforce implementations for enterprise clients.
  • Educational Background : B.E / B.Tech from IIT, NIT, or other Tier 1 engineering institutions preferred.
  • Stable career progression (minimum 2–3 years tenure per organization).

    • Preferred / Nice-to-Have :

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Application / Integration Architect certifications.
  • Experience working with unicorn startups , top internet product , software product , IT services , or consulting MNCs .
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

  • Work Model : Hybrid (onsite in Bangalore or Singapore)
  • Interview Rounds : 3–4 rounds (Technical, Architectural, and Leadership discussions)
