Key Responsibilities :
Project Execution & Coordination
- Manage the complete lifecycle of switchgear projects — from order receipt to final commissioning and handover
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, QA / QC, and site teams for timely project execution
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractorsConduct regular progress reviews and client meetings; ensure client satisfaction and alignment with requirementsResolve technical and execution-related issues during project executionDocumentation & Compliance
Prepare and manage project documentation including project plans, BOQs, drawings, and test reportsEnsure compliance with relevant electrical standards (IEC, IS, etc.) and company protocolsSupport in obtaining client approvals, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and third-party inspectionsBudget & Cost Control
Monitor project budgets and control costs to avoid overrunsTrack material usage, resource deployment, and contractor billsProvide timely invoicing inputs and assist in revenue recognitionInstallation & Commissioning Support
Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of switchgear panels at client sites (as applicable)Support field service engineers and ensure timely handover and sign-offsEnsure safety, quality, and proper documentation at siteQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Systems / EEE or related disciplinePMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantageExperience :
1–3 years in managing LV / MV / HV switchgear projects (AIS / GIS), preferably for industrial, utility, or infrastructure clientsExperience in managing vendor coordination, technical specifications, drawings, and installationKey Skills :
Strong knowledge of switchgear systems (MCCs, VCBs, ACBs, RMUs, etc.)Excellent project planning and execution skillsStrong client communication and team coordinationFamiliarity with AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and ERP systemsKnowledge of safety, quality standards, and site execution practicesSkills Required
