Roles & Responsibilities.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.Work with design, R&D, and sales teams to define marketing strategies for new product launches.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.Create sales tools, product brochures, presentations, and technical literature.Define pricing strategies and monitor market dynamics to ensure competitive positioning.Support the sales team with training, demos, and customer engagement tools.Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives.Collaborate with the Digital / Marcom team to enhance online presence and lead generation.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and ROI.Gather and analyze customer feedback to influence product improvements and innovation.Experience & Qualification.
13+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in electrical or switchgear industries.Bachelors / Masters degree in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Strong understanding of B2B / and 0B2C marketing and customer-centric messaging.Familiarity with switchgear / switch product segments and market dynamics.Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, analytics, campaign management).Skills Required
