We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our construction management team. This is a remote role , with collaboration across project teams based in the US. The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day project activities, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. This role is designed for professionals with a strong background in construction management who are eager to grow into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Track milestones, critical paths, and update progress reports.
- Support resource allocation and coordination with subcontractors and vendors.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and track project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, permits, and change orders.Prepare weekly / monthly progress reports and dashboards for client and management review.Ensure compliance with company standards and client-specific documentation needs.Site Coordination (Remote Oversight)
Collaborate with site supervisors and field teams to monitor project execution.Address issues related to quality, safety, and progress, escalating to the Project Manager when needed.Conduct virtual site meetings and follow-ups with US-based site personnel.Budget & Procurement Support
Assist in preparing purchase requests, reviewing vendor quotes, and monitoring procurement timelines.\Track expenses against budget and flag variances for corrective action.Stakeholder & Client Communication
Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams.Support in preparing meeting minutes, presentations, and follow-up action trackers.Risk & Quality Management
Assist in identifying project risks and maintaining a risk register.Support QA / QC documentation and ensure adherence to project specifications.Other Duties
Participate in project close-out activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and documentation.Handle other responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager.Shift & Work Details

Bachelor’s and / or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.3–6 years of relevant construction project management experience.Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar).Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project workflows.Experience in US-based projects preferred.Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
