Role & responsibilities :
Focus on project planning, execution, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication to drive innovation and market competitiveness in the switches segment.
- Project Planning & Execution : Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for switches' development, Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept design to production readiness.
- Team Coordination : Lead cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing / OEM, Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all deliverables meet company and industry standards for performance, safety, and reliability, Oversee rigorous testing and validation processes for new product designs.
- Budget & Resource Management : Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality or timelines, Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and test reports, Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, challenges, and solutions.
Experience & Qualification :
12+ years of experience in product development and project management within the electrical industry, particularly in switches and switchgear.Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with successful outcomes, Proficient in project management tools, Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.Strong understanding of switch design, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.Master's / Bachelor's in Engineering, Project Management certification, expertise in Project Management.Skills Required
