Product Support Engineer

Job descriptionProactively automate manual tasks through scripting. Develop and own monitoring solutions for production and non-production applications and systems. Specially Database and Servers. Take care of the roster for the team. Good debugging skills and exposure to MySQL. Good hold in object-oriented programming concepts Programming experience in any language ( Java will be a plus). Working knowledge of microservice architecture is a plus Automation scripting. Python, Perl. Proven success in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in e-commerce or web services domain will be a plus.
Description :
- Setup processes and documentation for the different workflows
- Provide feedback from customers and users to the core engineering team.
- Improve the performance of the applications
- Troubleshoot and fix production issues in a structured manner in a well-defined SLA.
- Independently analyze production data to diagnose and analyze discrepancies in systems.
Work towards the recovery and optimizations.
