What will you do at Fynd
- Supporting the adoption team during setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
- Analyzing existing systems operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies.
- Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Problem-solving abilities, customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced customer support environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting user interactions and resolutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Work closely with business in managing day to day issues, and resolve user queries.
- Knowledge of Ticketing Systems : Freshdesk, Hubspot, Zoho Desk, Jira Service Management.
- High availability for fast response to customers.
- Ability to join the dots around multiple events occurring concurrently and spot patterns.
- Technology experience of retail industry products or custom solutions (retail fashion & lifestyle, both physical and digital commerce channels)
- Experience in SAAS B2B software companies - an advantage.
