Compensation : ₹18,000 – ₹42,000 per month

Shift : Night Shifts | Rotational (US, UK & Australian Process)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for international customers.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, communication, and professionalism.
• Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction, response time, and productivity.
