Republic Media is looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager / Manager to manage key human resource functions, with a strong focus on sourcing and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder coordination, playing a critical role in building and nurturing strong workforce.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition
- End to end recruitment across functions, ensuring timely hiring.
- Build and manage talent pipelines through platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with management to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
- Manage the offer process through HRMS software and negotiations for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
HR Business Partnering
Act as an HR partner to assigned departments, understanding business goals.Performance management processes.Address employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution aligned with values of Republic.Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee HR Process — confirmations, transfers, and exit processes.Conduct Exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and recommend action plans.Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.Requirements :
Preferred News or Media experience.Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, MBA in HR or related specialization is a plus.More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure in Human Resource Department.Proven ability to partner with leadership and drive people strategies aligned with business needs.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Proficient in HRMS systems (Preferred HR One) and data driven decision making.Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
