Key Responsibilities
∙ Executive Support : Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, communications, and
priorities to optimize their time for high-impact activities and strategic negotiations.
∙ Travel Management : Coordinate and accompany the Managing Director on extensive
international and domestic travel, handling all logistics, including visas and real-time
itinerary adjustments.
∙ Strategic Preparation : Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefing
materials, including competitive analysis and forward-looking strategies for product
innovation.
∙ Confidential Communications : Handle confidential communications and record-
keeping with the utmost discretion, ensuring all documentation supports strategic
decisions.
∙ Operational Excellence : Develop meeting agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on
action items to ensure accountability and drive company vision.
∙ Strategic Insights : Provide recommendations to the Managing Director, identifying
opportunities for operational enhancements and innovative approaches to improve
service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
∙ Experience : 7-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in
a senior secretarial capacity, supporting C-suite executives, ideally within the tech,
travel, or service industries.
Performance Metrics
Your performance will be evaluated based on the following key metrics :
1. Project Completion Rate : Aim for at least a 95% on-time completion rate for
strategic initiatives.
2. Response Time Efficiency : Maintain an average response time of under 24 hours
for executive queries.
3. Stakeholder Satisfaction Score : Achieve a quarterly feedback score of 4.5 / 5 or
higher.
4. Travel Logistics Accuracy : Strive for a 100% success rate on trips without
disruptions.
5. Strategic Impact Index : Track implemented recommendations that lead to
measurable outcomes, such as a 10% annual increase in efficiency metrics.
