Key Responsibilities :
As a KAM, you will be at the forefront of GrayQuest's growth in your assigned region. Your role will encompass :
- Expanding Partnerships : Drive the acquisition of educational institutions (K-12 schools, universities, colleges) and grow our footprint in the region.
- Sales Leadership : Set up and own the sales process in your region, leading the conceptual selling of our financial solutions to education partners.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a clear roadmap for growing partnerships and achieving aggressive acquisition targets.
- Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at educational institutions to secure long-term collaborations.
- Revenue Generation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate partnerships and generate revenue from them.
- Forecasting & Achievement : Own the sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenues, and achieve targets consistently.
- Team Building : Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to support the region's growth ambitions.
