Job Description

1) Procurement Strategy & Planning

Plan purchasing activities to meet operational requirements, budget

constraints, and timelines.

2) Vendor Management

Identify reliable vendors and suppliers.

Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to secure advantageous deals.

3) Purchase Operations

Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance

with internal procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement to prevent stock-

outs or overstock situations at outlet level.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any supply chain

disruptions.

4) Cost Control & Budget Management

Optimize purchase costs while maintaining quality and service standards.

Ensure adherence to the procurement budget.

Monitor market trends and recommend alternatives to reduce costs and

improve efficiency.

5) Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all

procurement activities.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and reports.

Prepare regular reports on purchase activities, savings, and supplier

performance for management.

6) Team Management

Lead, mentor, and supervise the purchasing team.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
