Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Application Developer to design, customize, and deploy enterprise-grade CRM and Power Platform solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure services, with a focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for business process automation and contact center transformation.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Development & Customization :
- Design, develop, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications, entities, workflows, forms, business rules, and dashboards.
- Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) and transform them into production-ready solutions.
- Customize customer service and sales modules to align with business processes.
Power Platform & Automation :
Develop low-code / no-code solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.Automate business workflows, approvals, and integrations to optimize end-to-end operations.Integration & Cloud Services :
Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems (REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).Implement data migration and synchronization using KingswaySoft, Scribe, or equivalent tools.Develop secure authentication and role-based access controls leveraging Azure AD.DevOps & Deployment :
Implement ALM practices with Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions for CI / CD, release management, and version control.Manage solution packaging, deployment automation, and environment strategies Security & Compliance :Optimize CRM queries, workflows, and plug-ins for performance.Apply Microsoft security best practices, data encryption, and compliance (GDPR, SOC2).Ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions through technical documentation and coding standards.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Core Expertise :
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) modules.Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas & Model Driven, Power Automate, Power BI).Expertise in customization, configuration, and extension of CRM entities, workflows, and dashboards.Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and PCF controls.Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET for Dynamics 365 customizations.Experience in integrating external systems via REST APIs, OData, and Azure services.Working knowledge of Dataverse, CDS, and relational database design (SQL / NoSQL).DevOps & Cloud :
Experience with Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions for CI / CD and ALM pipeline management.Familiarity with containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) is a plus.Soft Skills :
