About The Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our RDT recruitment team, where you will play a pivotal role in building the future of the Veeam Data Cloud product. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, driving strategic hiring initiatives and attracting top-tier technical talent. Your expertise will directly shape high impact engineering teams, enabling innovative solutions that set new industry standards. What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies
• Manage open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Interpret and use technical language to assess candidate qualifications and communicate effectively with stakeholders
