Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet technical hiring needs.
- Assess candidates’ skills, domain knowledge, and fit.
- Manage pipelines, reports, and offer negotiations.
Required Skills & Experience :
2+ years of recruitment experience (Automotive preferred).Knowledge of Automotive tech, Embedded, CAD / CAE, and engineering roles.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with ATS tools and both volume & niche hiring.
