Qualification : BE preferably Textile or Mechanical
Experience : minimum 8 years of exp coordination in similar industry (Industrial Sale / Bag Filtration) or any other related product, industrial manufacturing company

Roles & Responsibility
1. PRE ORDER FUNCTION : -
Customer and Sales Team coordination
Enquiry, Costing, Offer, Target Pricing through CFT, Reverse Auction
Price negotiation support to the Sales team
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Generate enquiries from unrepresented areas
Add & generate new leads for business, Retain Customer
2. POST ORDER FUNCTION
Making of Contract sheet in system and getting approval
Coordination for Order Execution and Order execution
Sample Approval from Customer, First Piece approval from customer
3. AFTER SALES COORDINATION :
Coordination With Sales Team and customer for After Sales Service and Technical support
Payment Collection follow ups with customer
4. Team Management : - Train new & existing team member for accuracy, detailing and meet organization guidelines and customer timelines
5. To attend all queries / inquiries of customer, prepare Presentation for Customers
6. To make MIS
7. Track Order Booking, Sales and analyze
8. Prepare MIS reports & share details for daily activities to Management
9. Proper Exaction of all order, Make sure about customer Satisfaction.
