The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

EDGE (Exploration, Development, Growth, Experiences) Analyst Program is DTCC’s flagship early career initiative designed to cultivate engineering excellence and T-shaped skills across Application Development, Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET), and Infrastructure Automation. This immersive 6 months journey blends technical mastery, business acumen, and leadership development through structured learning, hands-on capstone execution, and mentorship. EDGE Analysts are not just trained- they are empowered to think like engineers : to design resilient systems, automate intelligently, test rigorously, and solve problems with precision and creativity.
