Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a pleasant check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment for all guests. As the main point of contact for guests, you'll help create a positive first impression and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing reception duties such as guest greetings, room allocations, and registrations
• Handling bookings, phone calls, inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Addressing guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate records of guests and bookings in the property management system
• Upselling hotel services and amenities when appropriate
• Assisting management in day-to-day operations to ensure seamless guest service and satisfaction
• Supervising cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and front office area
• Supporting administrative and reporting tasks as required
• Handling cash, billing, and payment processing
• Conducting daily handover reports and collaborating with other shifts

Work Schedule : 12-hour shifts (rotational, including weekends and holidays)

Salary : 15,000- 20,000 per month
