Roles and Responsibilities :
- Brand Strategy Positioning
- Lead the long-term brand strategy, competitive positioning, and brand equity development.
- Analyse industry, competition and market trends, and translate consumer insights into differentiated brand value propositions
- Growth Scale Execution
- Own the annual brand plan to drive scale through new product launches, and market expansion
- Partner with sales, digital, and product teams to drive execution excellence and in-market results.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute 360 brand campaigns across ATL, social, influencer, BTL, and retail
- Track performance metrics (awareness, consideration, ROI, sales uplift) and iterate quickly.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with performance marketing, content, media agencies, creative partners, and channel leads.
- Align brand narratives across D2C, B2B, and offline retail.
- Brand Marketing Budget and ROI Ownership
- Manage brand budgets, to deliver ROI and business goals
- Track KPIs including market share, brand equity scores, and profitability.
Skills We are looking For :
8-12 years of total marketing experience, with at least 5 years in core brand management roles.Proven track record of scaling a brand beyond 100cr, has worked in a digital first brandDemonstrated ability to lead both brand thinking and business-driving execution.Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and cross-functional project teams.Strong grasp of consumer insights, data-driven decision-making, and brand storytelling.Strategic thinking with hands-on execution chops.Strong business acumen and commercial understanding.Consumer Centricity - Having a creative and innovative approach to content, always looking for revolutionary ways to connect with potential customersCreative instinct with structured problem-solving ability.Has managed a team before, and stakeholder management.Excellent communication - verbal, visual, and written.Analytical skills - ability to derive insights from market research, campaign data, and consumer behaviourA keen eye for aesthetics and an uncompromising approach to qualityKnowledge of healthtech, wellness industry is a plusFamiliarity with the latest marketing trends and best practicesFMCG, D2C, consumer tech, or consumer healthcare.MBA from Tier 1 institute / MICA (optional but preferred).Why join us
