Role Overview :
As the Ideation Head, you will be responsible for leading the development of groundbreaking creative concepts and strategies that drive brand activation campaigns.You will collaborate with top brands, inspire a multidisciplinary team, and craft experiences that leave a lasting impact in the ever-evolving world of marketing and branding.Key Responsibilities :
Conceptualization & Execution : Develop innovative concepts and execute creative strategies that enhance brand engagement.Creative Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, strategists, and creatives to deliver high-impact campaigns.Brand Activation : Design and oversee brand activation campaigns that resonate with target audiences and create memorable experiences.Strategic Thinking : Work closely with stakeholders to align creative solutions with business objectives and market trends.Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, sales, and client teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.Innovation & Trends : Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors to drive forward-thinking strategies.Preferred Qualifications & Skills :
Educational Background : MBA in Marketing, Branding, or a related field (preferred).
Experience : Proven track record in creative ideation, brand strategy, and execution.

Branding Expertise : Deep understanding of brand activation, campaign development, and experiential marketing.
