Head of Ecommerce ( Apparel Brand )

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of E-Commerce & Operations to lead our online business, drive sales, and elevate customer experience. If you are passionate about digital commerce, brand growth, and operational excellence, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute E-commerce business strategy

Manage P&L, profitability, and online sales performance

Drive brand growth, traffic, and sales through effective marketing and planning

Create projections, budgets, and performance reports

Oversee reconciliation, payments, and analytics

Manage and optimize the website & digital presence

Ensure a seamless customer experience

Lead, mentor, and grow the e-commerce team

Leverage AI tools for efficiency and innovation

Qualifications :

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

5–7 years of experience in e-commerce with proven success in driving growth and revenue
