HR Associate, who will play a foundational role in strengthening the Human Resources function across multiple domains — from payroll and compliance to recruitment, employee engagement, marketing coordination, and client relationship management. www.revinkrishi.com

Role Overview

As the HR Associate at Revin Krishi, you will establish HR processes from the ground up, ensuring smooth people operations, compliance, and employee development. You will also support basic account management.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities : 1. HR Operations (Payroll) & Compliance

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Support audits and maintain up-to-date HR documentation.
