As the Product Marketing Lead, you will be a key player in our marketing team, responsible for the full lifecycle of our products. You will be the expert on our customers, the competitive landscape, and our go-to-market strategy. This role is a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, designed for a leader who can drive results and build relationships.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and Execute Strategy : Create and implement marketing plans and tactics that enable our sales team to achieve their goals. You will own the go-to-market strategy from beginning to end.
- Be the Market Expert : Act as the go-to person for market intelligence. Youll deeply understand our customers - who they are, how they buy, and what they need. Youll also keep a close eye on our competitors and their strategies.
- Drive Content and Communication : Youre a strong public speaker and a great writer. You will create engaging content for our website, manage events, and lead campaigns across social media and other channels to generate leads and attract our target audience.
- Build Relationships : Forge strategic partnerships with key customers, providers, and channel partners.
- Measure and Optimize : Track the performance of your marketing campaigns, analyze the results, and adjust your strategies to hit your goals. You'll also analyze consumer behavior to continuously improve our campaigns.
- Bring Solutions to Patients : Use your understanding of the patient journey to identify opportunities to add value and bring new solutions to market.
- Support the Sales Team : Develop and deliver training content for the sales team, helping them understand products and how to position them effectively.
- Lead with Data : Conduct a SWOT analysis for your territory and use the insights to set clear strategies and plans to achieve departmental goals.
