About the Role :
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager with extensive experience in the US healthcare domain to spearhead product strategy and execution from our Bangalore office. This leader will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of innovative healthcare technology solutions that improve care coordination, payer-provider collaboration, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, market research, and business case development to launch and adoption.
- Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with payer, provider, and regulatory market needs.
- Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions (risk adjustment, prior authorization, care management, claims optimization, etc.).
- Collaborate with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure CMS, HIPAA, and state mandates are integrated into product design.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment across clinical, operational, and technology teams.
- Define product success metrics (ROI, adoption, customer satisfaction) and continuously refine based on feedback and outcomes.
Qualifications :
Bachelors / Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field. MBA preferred.8-12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in US healthcare (payer, provider, or health tech).Proven success in launching and scaling healthcare technology products.Strong understanding of US healthcare markets (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Commercial, ACA).Deep knowledge of risk adjustment, value-based care, prior authorization, care coordination, or revenue cycle management.Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, X12 EDI).Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Experience working in agile product development environments.(ref : hirist.tech)
