About the Role :
We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with 8-10 years of expertise to lead our product marketing initiatives at 1Wrk. In this role, you'll develop compelling product narratives, create impactful content, and build our employer brand to attract top talent. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target audiences
- Lead content creation including product related content, case studies, white papers, blog posts, and sales enablement materials
- Build and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent
- Collaborate with product management to understand product roadmaps and translate features into customer benefits
- Work with sales teams to develop effective messaging and tools that drive revenue growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies
- Manage product launches and campaign execution across multiple channels
- Develop and maintain product marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI
Required Qualifications :
8-10 years of progressive product marketing experience, preferably in B2B technologyProven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and product launchesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling narrativesStrong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategiesExperience building and enhancing employer brand initiativesDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skills with experience using data to inform marketing decisionsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fieldPreferred Qualifications :
