Performance Tester (Apply in 3 Minutes)

Description and Requirements :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance / load testing.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing tools (NeoLoad, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Experience in scripting and automation.
• Strong skills in monitoring and profiling tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, etc.).
• Ability to analyze CPU, memory, thread, and database performance metrics.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments and CI / CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
