The People Development Manager – India will be responsible for aligning e.l.f. Beauty's global people strategy with local execution. This role ensures employees have the skills, opportunities, and support needed to thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. The position focuses on fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous growth while driving organizational scalability and talent readiness.
Key Responsibilities :
- People Development & Growth :
- Lead and promote adoption of e.l.f.U learning initiatives across teams.
- Identify skills gaps and collaborate with leaders to design and implement tailored training and career development programs.
- Oversee onboarding and continuous learning pathways to support employee progression.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics, making improvements where necessary.
- Educate, facilitate, and embed the High Performing Team Framework throughout all teams and functions.
- Employee Engagement & Culture :
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Champion company values and a One Team, One Dream mindset across all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a culture ambassador, ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and inspiring workplace.
- Monitor cultural health through engagement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and performance insights.

Qualifications :
MBA in Human Resources preferred.Minimum 8+ years of experience in People, Culture, or Learning & Development roles.Proven track record in talent development, employee engagement, and culture transformation.Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
