About the Position
The Manager People and Culture will play a critical role in fostering a high-performance organizational culture, ensuring employee engagement, and supporting the overall growth and success of BharatCares. This role involves driving HR strategy, building a positive work environment, and aligning people practices with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Culture & Engagement
- Develop initiatives to promote a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture
- Design and implement employee engagement programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
- Recognize and reward employee contributions to reinforce organizational values
Talent Management & Development
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedbackIdentify training and development needs; facilitate learning and skill enhancement programsSupport career development and succession planning initiativesHR Operations & Compliance
Oversee HR policies, procedures, and best practices for compliance and efficiencyManage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talentMaintain HR records, data reporting, and analytics to support decision-makingEmployee Relations & Support
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related mattersResolve employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolutionPromote well-being initiatives and foster positive workplace relationshipsMandatory Qualification & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields5–8 years of relevant experience in HR, employee engagement, and people managementStrong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and talent management practicesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skillsSkills Required
