We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Specialist with excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services and programs.

Explain visa processes, training options, and available opportunities in detail.

Follow up on inquiries, maintain engagement, and ensure lead conversion.

Manage and update client information in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the counseling team to schedule appointments and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements :

Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.

Proven experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Education Consultancy is an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Professional attitude and willingness to work in evening shifts.
