Job descriptionCollaborate with brokers to plan and execute sales strategies for general insurance products, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Provide brokers with product training, sales tools, and process support to enhance their effectiveness and improve customer experience. Identify new business opportunities through broker networks, expand market reach, and support brokers in tapping into emerging customer segments. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, while tracking broker performance through regular reviews and reporting.
