Position Senior Sales Manager (In addition to the above) :
- Lead and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives.
- Provide training and guidance to enhance the team's performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team Proven experience in real estate sales (specific years may vary based on the role).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
