1. Strategic Planning :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.

2. Goal Setting and Monitoring :
Set clear goals, objectives, and KPIs for the sales team.Establish incentive slabs for the Customer Relationship Management and Sales teams.Calculate, derive, and publish monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual targets for all team members, and create an incentive plan, for those achieving the set targets.Lead, mentor, and inspire the entire sales team, including Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support staff3. Sales Process Management :
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, leading to repeat business and referrals.Oversee the optimization of sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.Allocate resources effectively to ensure the sales team has the tools and support needed to achieve their targets.4. Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare and submit reports on lead generation and conversion based on digital marketing campaigns and outdoor marketing activities.Implement new software tools to streamline existing processes.Maintain a master database of leads generated through various sources, analyze these leads to identify prospective customers, and provide inputs to the Marketing and Digital Marketing teams.5. Sales Training and Support :
