We are looking for a PR Head to shape and strengthen our brand’s reputation across media, industry, and public platforms. This is a leadership role where you will own the communications strategy, build strong media relationships, and ensure our narrative consistently positions us as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the organization’s overall PR and communications strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage press releases, media pitches, thought-leadership articles, and corporate announcements.
- Oversee crisis communication plans and act as the spokesperson when required.
- Lead internal and external communications to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and business teams to amplify campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify speaking opportunities, industry forums, and awards to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor media coverage, track brand sentiment, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage PR agencies, vendors, and budgets effectively.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging communication channels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field.10+ years of proven experience in PR / Corporate Communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong media network and established relationships with press and industry stakeholders.Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.Experience in handling crisis communications and reputation management.Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with speed and precision.Strong leadership and team management skills.
