You will work closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide valuable feedback on candidate suitability.

Your key responsibilities include :

• Developing effective search strategies for each role, ensuring accurate interpretations of resourcing plans and defining role requirements.
• Interviewing candidates to determine their suitability for the role and producing timely reports on recruitment activities.
