Talent Acquisitions Expert

We are seeking an expert Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify and engage top-tier candidates to meet hiring needs for our clients in Poland.

Key responsibilities include :

• Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand candidate feedback, challenges, and successes.
• Developing effective search strategies for each role.
• Building relationships with clients and internal Recruiters.
• Producing timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities.

You will need to demonstrate business fluency in English, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for the candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of recruitment experience for the EU market, as well as excellent interview skills.
