Key Responsibilities / KRAs & KPIs
- Welcome and assist customers in the store, offering professional guidance and detailed product knowledge.
- Influence and drive jewelry sales through personalized recommendations and effective client engagement.
- Achieve monthly and seasonal revenue targets by maintaining strong conversion rates and upselling.
- Ensure the store’s visual merchandising (VM) meets brand standards, creating an elegant and inviting environment.
- Address all customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to encourage repeat purchases and strengthen client relationships.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and presentation in line with luxury retail standards.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and oversee merchandise preparation for delivery.
- Retain existing clients while proactively identifying opportunities to onboard new customers.
- Monitor and manage store inventory to ensure product availability and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments for smooth store operations.
- Work efficiently on systems such as POS, ERP, and Magento for billing, inventory, and order processing.
