Function Summary
The Digital Agency Channel is a modern distribution model where insurance products are sold through digitally empowered Advisors.
These Advisors act as intermediaries between the insurance company and customers, facilitating policy sales, offering advisory services,
and providing post-sale support. This model is designed to enhance customer experience, particularly in markets where digital solicitation
is preferred. Through this channel, advisors also support customers in,
a) Resolving policy service need
b) Renewal collection to resolve policy holder’s service needs, Cross sale opportunity.

Key Responsibilities / Key Deliverables :
Advisor Recruitment
Lead the recruitment of insurance advisors as per the annual
goal sheet
Actively engage with prospects through natural market outreach
and close leads provided via structured digital campaigns
Conduct Career Seminar of prospects
Ensure timely completion of onboarding milestones including IC-
38 certification, URN generation, and first sale Advisor Development
Development of advisor prospecting habits, calling habits and
work habits.
Work with Advisor on planning and reviewing of activities and
goals.
Identify the training needs of the Advisor and work with Trainers
to improve the same
Advisor Activation & Meeting WFYP Targets
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
Improve Advisor productivity & persistency by regular
PRP / IID / GID etc.
Coordinate with sales tele-callers to support lead conversion and
sales closures.
Enable hybrid sales journeys (online + offline) for first-time sales.
Advisor Engagement
Conduct webinars, app-based training, and digital engagement
activities.
Promote advisor app usage and ensure training completion.
Customer Centricity
Be AMLI brand ambassador & a customer champion
Follow AMLI sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty
need
Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per
AMLI standard.
Requirements
Desired qualification and experience
Graduate with 3–6 years of sales experience (BFSI preferred; experience in insure-tech is a plus).
Strong digital fluency (CRM tools, mobile apps, webinars).
Experience in recruitment or team handling is advantageous.
Excellent communication, coordination, and coaching skills.
Not more than 2 Job Changes in one year
