We are now expanding our GCC footprint and hiring an operations professional to manage delivery, coordination, and partner workflows.

Role Overview

We are hiring an Engagement & Operations Manager to manage end-to-end execution of corporate and government training programs.

You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and GCC partners, coordinating trainers, institutions, and corporate stakeholders.

This is a high-responsibility hybrid role for someone organised, reliable, and good with multi-stakeholder workflows.

Responsibilities

• Schedule calls with ministries, corporates, universities, and partners
• Maintain trackers for pipeline, communication, and follow-ups
• Send proposals, confirmations, and meeting details
• Coordinate trainer schedules
• Manage LMS onboarding
• Track attendance, logistics, and certifications
• Handle learner communication and support
• Prepare MoUs, agreements, and documents
• Collect ID proofs and compliance records
• Maintain organised digital folders for clients and partners
• Generate invoices (India + UAE)
• Track payments and maintain reconciliation sheets
• Prepare decks, brochures, and communication templates
• Manage weekly sync meetings and minutes
• Ensure smooth, high-quality delivery for all engagements
