We're Hiring : Client Success Executive @ Tipple Works Co.

Mumbai | 2-3 years experience | Full-time

We're looking for a Social Media Executive with a keen eye for great content. If your screen time is dangerously high and your camera roll is full of drafts, memes, and trending audio ideas, we want you.

What You'll Do?

Own the Feed

Plan, strategize & execute Reels and content that hook people fast
Build content calendars, track what works, and do more of it
Stay on top of trends, audio, formats & social shifts

Think Like a Strategist

Work with design, brand & copy teams to shape stories

Use performance data to optimize and tweak content

Help shape the brand's voice across platforms

Go Beyond the Feed

Be part of on-ground brand activations

Help turn IRL moments into digital buzz

Support event planning, coverage & content capture

Service your clients

Ensure end-to-end client success (that's the name of the game, right?)

Have a client-first approach and ensure deadlines are met for all deliverables.

Maintain and nurture client-agency relationship.

You Should Have :

1–2 years of social media experience (brand, agency or startup)

Strong grip on Reels + short-form content trends

A marketing background (degree or real-world)

Curiosity to learn and jump into on-ground events

A creative POV, we want your taste & ideas

Bonus points if you've got :

Basic video editing skills

Influencer or UGC experience

A smart meme sense
