Job descriptionLead monthly social media and performance marketing strategies Analyze market, audience, competitor moves & trends to craft sharp campaigns Translate briefs into actionable content + media plans Review creatives, scripts, insights, reports before client sharing Manage internal coordination across Content, Design, Media, Video, AI Track deliverables, deadlines, and budgets ā no surprises for clients Maintain documentation, reporting trackers, MOMs & feedback logs Mentor, guide and develop Account Executives / Coordinators Inspire teams with clear communication, problem-solving & accountability Represent the client internally with clarity and confidence Campaigns delivered smoothly & on time Client satisfaction ā Client retention ā Client referrals Every monthly plan backed by strategy, not routine posting Strong working relationships with founders & department heads Being the go-to person for both clients & internal teams 2ā5 years of experience in Digital Agency Account Management / Client Servicing Strong understanding of : Excellent communication (client calls, emails, presentations) Proactive, structured, and comfortable handling pressure & speed Leadership mindset ā takes ownership, not instructions Experience pitching and closing business Exposure to AI-assisted creative or ad workflows Worked on multi-industry portfolios Work directly with founders & brand decision-makers High-ownership environment, you grow as the company grows Massive learning curve with real business impact Young, passionate tribe that believes
