What You Will Do

Client Management & Growth

  • Be the primary face & voice of BloomX for your brands
  • Own revenue, retention, CSAT, and long-term success of each account
  • Understand business goals and convert them into roadmaps and measurable KPIs
  • Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and drive expansion

Strategy + Execution Leadership

  • Lead monthly social media and performance marketing strategies
  • Analyze market, audience, competitor moves & trends to craft sharp campaigns
  • Translate briefs into actionable content + media plans
  • Review creatives, scripts, insights, reports before client sharing
  • Project Ownership

  • Manage internal coordination across Content, Design, Media, Video, AI
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and budgets — no surprises for clients
  • Maintain documentation, reporting trackers, MOMs & feedback logs
  • Team Leadership

  • Mentor, guide and develop Account Executives / Coordinators
  • Inspire teams with clear communication, problem-solving & accountability
  • Represent the client internally with clarity and confidence

  • Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Digital Agency Account Management / Client Servicing
  • Strong understanding of :
  • āœ“ Social Media Marketing

    āœ“ Performance Marketing basics

    āœ“ Influencer marketing

    āœ“ Content + Strategy + Analytics

  • Excellent communication (client calls, emails, presentations)
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable handling pressure & speed
  • Leadership mindset — takes ownership, not instructions
  • Nice-to-Have

  • Experience pitching and closing business
  • Exposure to AI-assisted creative or ad workflows
  • Worked on multi-industry portfolios
