Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers, understand their vehicle issues or service requirements, and provide expert advice.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments efficiently.
- Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication of vehicle problems and repair status.
- Prepare service estimates and explain charges and timelines to customers clearly.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding vehicle service progress and completion.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance as appropriate, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with parts and service departments to ensure availability of required parts and smooth workflow.
- Monitor service quality and customer feedback to improve service processes.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or automotive certification preferred.4 to 8 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor in automotive service centers or dealerships.Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and automotive terminology.Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Proficient in using service management software and computer applications.Skills Required
