We are seeking a seasoned Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team of passionate professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering exceptional service experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver projects that improve service delivery of our Application Support team
- Serve as primary point of contact for escalated product issues from our account and customer success teams
- Own and orchestrate triage investigation and resolution of complex technical issues, driving pace of resolution and communicating reliable direction
