About The Llama Club (TLC)

The Llama Club (TLC) is a highly curated, invite-only council of full-time AI startup

founders across San Francisco and Bangalore by AIM, a leading tech media platform,

TLC brings together high-growth AI entrepreneurs, VCs, enterprise leaders, and mentors

for impactful engagement and community-driven growth. We host exclusive mixers,

panel discussions, and strategic sessions to help founders build, scale, and connect.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and creative Management Trainee to assist our

Community Growth Lead in scaling The Llama Club. If you're a tech-savvy hustler who

thrives on building connections, managing operations, crafting campaigns, and

dreaming up new ways to grow a founder-led community,this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Community & Growth Operations

Support execution of TLC’s community activation, onboarding, and engagement

plans

Research and identify high-potential AI startup founders across geographies

Assist in outreach, scheduling calls, and maintaining founder / member databases

Curate and manage event guest lists, RSVPs, and post-event feedback

Content & Communication

Draft high-quality communication including emails, founder briefs, newsletters,

and documentation

Collaborate on founder spotlight series, LinkedIn campaigns, and event coverage

Campaign & Event Execution

Assist in ideating and executing online and offline campaigns around community

themes

Help organize mixers, panel discussions, and product showcases across USA and

India

Strategic Projects

Conduct competitor benchmarking across global startup councils / VC platforms

Support the growth lead in defining new experiments, tracking metrics, and

iterating quickly

Chance to work on internal process automation and playbook documentation

We’re Looking For

A tech and startup enthusiast with a deep passion for innovation and

entrepreneurship

Excellent communicator – professional in tone, fluent in English writing, and clear

in articulation

A natural people-person who enjoys building relationships and engaging with

diverse founders

Creative thinker with a marketing mindset, always bubbling with campaign ideas

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple

tasks

Prior experience in communities, student clubs, event execution, marketing, or

content creation is a plus

Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and Slack is

desirable
