About the Role :

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our digital campaign operations across multiple communication channels. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ins and outs of campaign execution, audience segmentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities :

Assist in setting up and executing campaigns across Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Emailers, RCS, In-App messaging, and custom HTMLs

Support the creation and testing of campaign flows and audience segments

Monitor campaign performance and help prepare weekly reports

Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery

Learn and apply best practices for each channel’s effectiveness and compliance

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving engagement

What You’ll Learn :

End-to-end campaign lifecycle management

Basics of marketing automation platforms (e.G., Clevertap, NetCore)

Data-driven decision-making and campaign analytics

HTML basics for emailers and custom creatives

Real-world teamwork and project coordination

Requirements :

Strong interest in digital marketing and customer engagement

Basic understanding of data and metrics (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency is a plus)

Good communication and organizational skills

Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Bonus Points :

Exposure to any marketing tools or platforms

Familiarity with HTML / CSS

Prior internship or project experience in marketing or analytics
