Management Training Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Training Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Management Training Specialist will be responsible for

designing and delivering impactful soft skills and corporate training programs.

Must Have Qualifications

BBA or MBA (certification in Training & Development is a plus).

2+ years of experience in corporate training or facilitation.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in e-learning tools and virtual training platforms.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Strong Analytical skills for conducting needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness

Experience in Training and Management Development

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Previous experience in a training or development role preferred

Proficiency in MS Office and other training software

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training on communication, leadership, teamwork, and professional development.

Assess training needs and customize content for diverse audiences.

Create training materials, including presentations and e-learning content.

Evaluate program effectiveness and refine courses based on feedback.
