Role Overview
This leadership role is instrumental in driving operational efficiency and modernizing key business processes.
The Lead will champion our digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, process redesign, and the adoption of cutting-edge technology to deliver superior business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Re-engineering : Identify, map, and analyze current state business processes across functions (e.g., Supply Chain, HR, Finance) and design optimized, future-state processes leveraging digital tools.
- Digital Roadmap Development : Create and manage the roadmap for digital transformation projects, focusing on technologies like RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI / ML-driven analytics, and cloud solutions.
- Change Management : Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technology by all stakeholders, minimizing disruption and maximizing long-term
gains.
Performance Metrics & Governance : Define, track, and report on key Process Excellence metrics (e.g., cycle time reduction, cost savings, error rates) to demonstrate ROI of transformation initiatives.Cross-Functional Leadership : Serve as a bridge between business functions and the IT / Technology team, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice-versa.Team Leadership : Potentially lead and mentor a small team of process analysts and continuous improvement Full-time MBA or equivalent Master's degree in Operations, IT Management, orBusiness Analytics is 5+ years of experience in business process management, operational consulting, or leading digital transformation Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is highly Expert knowledge of process mapping and improvement methodologies, proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects, strong analytical mindset, and familiarity with digital automation tools
