Digital Manager

Client Service and Implementation :

• Act as the Artefact lead client's digital business across MENA
• Align with the Regional and Global teams to ensure alignment of best practices and strategy
• Ensures that client requirements / project briefs are well understood, converted into actionable tasks and delivered in an accurate, timely manner
• Provide regular market updates and insights to ensure the client's digital strategy is aligned with market specifics
• Proactively identify and recommend digital channels, partners and approaches relevant to and develop proposals highlighting expected outcomes.
• Oversee all client digital channels for maximum performance, leveraging channel best practices, AB testing and rigorous process.
• Have strong implementation knowledge of key digital channels (including but not limited to : Search Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic Buying, E- commerce, Performance Marketing
• Manage workload across multiple client stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver to a high quality within set deadlines
• Manage and mentor a digital executive to support the client's business
